Visiting Hours
Visitors can be good medicine for patients. Family members and friends are welcome to visit. However, patient care is our primary concern at White County Community Hospital, and, in order to enhance the quality of care, specific visiting hours and regulations have been established for each unit. The General Visiting Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Due to patient privacy requirements, any information about the patient’s diagnosis or treatment must come directly from the patient to concerned family members or friends. No information will be given out by the switchboard operator or nursing personnel. The patient may be reached by dialing (931) 738-9211 and asking for the patient by name.
Lobby Areas
There are specially-designated lounge areas for visitors at the Emergency Room entrance and and by the nurses station near the patient rooms.
